In the afternoon, board the comfortable Voyager Train from Ollantaytambo to Machu Picchu Pueblo while traveling through spectacular mountain landscapes, cloud forests, and alongside the scenic Urubamba River — one of the most memorable train journeys in Peru.
On Day 2, your tour includes the bus to the entrance of Machu Picchu before your visit as well as the return bus back down to Aguas Calientes after your guided tour, allowing you to comfortably access the citadel without hiking the mountain road.

Will the Sacred Valley guide accompany us on the train?
No. The Sacred Valley tour guide will end the tour in Ollantaytambo and will not accompany travelers on the train to Machu Picchu Pueblo.
Will I be dropped off at my hotel in Cusco?
Yes. After returning by train from Machu Picchu, our transportation service will transfer you directly to your hotel in Cusco.

Cancellations are not allowed since official Machu Picchu entrance tickets and bus tickets are non-refundable according to Ministry of Culture regulations.
